I've recently been doing a couple of photoshop tutorials in my spare time now that I'm off uni for the summer. The first one that I attempted was a lomo effect, seen above. I found it really easy to follow and I found out so much more about photoshop that I never even knew it could do.I really liked the outcome of it and I'm going to keep doing more tutorials, the next one on my list being a pop art effect.

Lomography emphasizes casual, snapshot photography. Characteristics such as over-saturated colors, off-kilter exposure, blurring, "happy accidents," and alternative film processing are often considered part of the "Lomographic Technique."
Taken from Wikipedia (I know I shouldn't but it's the clearest explanation I could find)
There was also the Lomography Fisheye camera where it lets you fisheye-distorted photos through it's take wideangle lens. That's what I tried to create in my second photo, the one with the castle.

Lomogrpahy sounds amazing. "Happy accidents" very romantic. Wiki?!?!? Always good for a brief over view but never for hard facts. BUt what you said would have sounded nicer if it was your own words.

I replied to your comment because you asked a question, and I thought if someone else reads it and doesn't know what it is then it's pretty much a pointless post.
And yes wikipedia!!! I could of easily put it down and not said it was from wiki but I did. I didn't know how to put it into my own words either.
Ha! you used wikipedia as a source on your blog at some point so you can't criticize me.
